SHIPPING & RETURNS

STANDARD SHIPPING

TecAmpUSA uses UPS Shipping for all deliveries. TecAmpUSA will decide how to best ship your order upon packaging. Packages shipped via UPS can be tracked online

Shipping rates can vary depending on your location, product size and service method for delivery. 

 EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping is also available. You can select 2-day shipping in the shopping cart. UPS 2-day is based on "business days".

If you need overnight shipping, or overnight shipping with Saturday delivery, please call TecAmpUSA directly at (512)535-0911 to arrange.

Please note that TecAmpUSA cannot guarantee overnight delivery of products, because of variables such as time of day the order is placed, available stock on hand, and other factors.   

 ALASKA, HAWAII & CANADA SHIPPING

Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada are similar to expedited shipping. The shopping cart on TecAmpUSA.com will correctly calculate your shipping total to these areas or you can contact: www.info@tecampusa.com for a shipping quote. 

Shipping rates vary depending on your location, product size and service method for delivery. These shipping rates can change and we will notify you same or next business day if the shipping rate will be different from what it shows online.

WARRANTY SHIPPING

Customers who are in need of warranty repair service by TecAmpUSA should note the following policies and procedures: 

TecAmp will issue a call tag for UPS to pick up and return the equipment at our expense for gear requiring warranty service within 30 days of the original invoice date,.

For equipment requiring warranty service work beyond 30 days of the original invoice date and within one year from the original invoice date, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to TecAmpUSA in Austin, TX. TecAmpUSA will pay return shipping to the customer.

TecAmpUSA will not be held responsible for damages incurred in transit by items being returned to TecAmpUSA.

For all equipment requiring warranty service or other work beyond one year from the original invoice date, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges both to and from the service center in Austin, TX 

All gear returned to TecAmpUSA for service must include an RMA form.

Note that replacement units will only be sent out once the damaged/defective unit has been picked up from the customer. Upon TecAmpUSA's receipt of the UPS tracking number we will ship out your replacement gear.

HOW SOON WILL MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE?

Items that are In-Stock are generally shipped the same day they are received if the order is received before 12 noon Central Time on Monday- Friday. Orders placed late in the afternoon or on the weekends will ship on the following business day.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally, an item may be out of stock, and will be labeled as "out of stock". Even if an item is out of stock you can place your order, and it will ship as soon as it's available. If you order an out of stock item and decide to cancel your order you mayo so without penalty.

7-DAY TRIAL

The only way to appreciate the performance of TecAmp is to use it in your own environment in "real world" conditions. We offer a 7 day trial period. The trial period starts when you receive your gear. Really give it a workout. If you're not satisfied for any reason, send it back for a prompt refund or exchange – you are only responsible for the shipping charges. NOTE: Returned items must be in "as received/ as new" condition or TecAmpUSA reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or to refuse the acceptance of items that are not in acceptable condition.

PAYMENT

TecAmpUSA accepts payment via all major credit/ debit cards, and PayPal via our secure shopping cart. For payment via USPS Money Orders, bank wire transfer, Cashier's check, or other method please contact: info@tecampusa.com

CANADA SALES - TAX AND DUTY

TecAmpUSA ships to Canada. Please note that Canadian customers are responsible for any import taxes or duty - the shipping charges that you pay at TecAmpUSA.com only cover the shipping. Please see USPS calculator or contact: info@tecampusa.com with questions pertaining to this prior to making your purchase.

TEXAS SALES TAX

Orders shipping to Texas will have sales tax of 8.25% added to the total.

NEW MERCHANDISE RETURN

In the event you return a new item to TecAmpUSA for exchange or refund the item must be received within 10 days of making return arrangement (unless prior arrangements are made)with TecAmpUSA Customer Service.  Items not received within 10 days may be charged in full to your credit card. To arrange a return of new item contact: info@tecampusa.com and type “Return Request” in the subject field

TecAmpUSA WARRANTY

TecAmp amplifiers and speaker cabinets are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for 3 YEARS to the original owner.

The Limited Warranty will be void under the following conditions: a) Unauthorized modification, b) speakers with burnt, damaged or open voice coils, c) moisture, d) salt, smoke, corrosives or contaminants, e) natural disasters, f) accidents, g) abuse, h) lack of reasonable care and use.

TecAmpUSA will provide its own service and parts at no charge providing that the Customer includes "proof of purchase" (original receipt) and the unit is shipped in the original carton.

If the unit is covered under warranty and original invoice date is within:

30 days, TecAmpUSA covers shipping to and from TecAmp USA.

31 days to 365 days, customer pays shipping to TecAmpUSA Service Center, and TecAmpUSA pays return ground shipping to customer.

366 days or more, then customer pays shipping both ways. 

Customer must ship item including RMA Form and allow up two 2 weeks for TecAmpUSA to receive. If unit is not covered under warranty a repair charge estimate is available prior to performing service.

REFUND PROCESSING

TecAmpUSA endeavors to process refunds as quickly as possible. TecAmpUSA will process your refund as soon as (typically within 48 hours) the gear has been evaluated and determined that it was returned in proper working order and condition.

All refunds for products purchased with a personal check or cashier's check/money order will be issued a company check by TecAmpUSA within 10 days of receipt of the gear. 

SALES, SPECIAL OFFERS & INSTANT REBATES

From time to time TecAmpUSA offers special offers, and deals on certain items. Unless explicitly stated, these promotions are not retroactive to orders that have been already placed.
